Financing -- Solutions that Meet Your Needs

Hoffman Row is different.

		We can provide seed funding ($30,000 to $50,000). Most venture capital firms have abandoned the early stage needs of entrepreneurs who may have great ideas with no access to capital.
		We also assist clients with their funding needs ($2 million to $10 million) throughout their growth (private capital, venture capital, IPO, or merger/acquisition).

For companies in their early rounds of financing or that are privately held, a private placement involving equity or convertible debt is often the company's best alternative for new capital. As the company's representative, the Hoffman Row Group will:

		Focus management on strategy to set goals and objectives to be achieved prior to offering the private placement
		Guide the company through its analysis of the use of proceeds and how it should structure future rounds of financing
		Manage the private placement process so that the company can focus on its business
		Provide assistance in document preparation (extensive experience in writing business plans, and selling pieces)
		Assist with the development of financial projections and company valuation
		Manage the negotiations of the terms of the offering, offering price, and conditions of the private placement agreement
		Coach the company in making presentations to investor prospects
		Coordinate the closing round of financing, including proper filing and reporting to the SEC as required (and NASD, if appropriate)

Management

At the request of the company, Hoffman Row principals often play a key role as a member of the board of directors, advisor, or, when appropriate, as an interim executive.
